МУЛЬТИМЕДИЙНАЯ АКЦИЯ «ПИМЫ»

Акция является международным открытым мероприятием в области короткометражного кино и анимации и входит в программу Международного фестиваля «Сибирские бренды».

Она направлена на поддержку молодых кинематографистов России и возможность живого кинодиалога с коллегами из других стран

К участию может быть принят любой фильм (игровой, документальный, анимационный, экспериментальный и т.д.) доставленный в указанные сроки, соответствующий условиям и сопровожденный заполненной регистрационной формой.

Организаторы оставляют за собой право предварительного отбора фильмов для участия в конкурсной программе.

Сроки проведения с 1 декабря 2011 по 26 февраля 2012 года.

УСЛОВИЯ УЧАСТИЯ

Участие в акции – бесплатное.  Главным условием участия является временной лимит фильма - 60 секунд.

Время титров не включается в хронометраж роликов.

Фильмы также должны содержать признаки т.н. «большого кино» - название, сюжет, финал. Важно, чтобы в фильме было выражено авторское видение и восприятие темы

Принимаются ТОЛЬКО линки для скачивания файлов из сети Internet.

ДЛЯ УЧАСТИЯ НЕОБХОДИМО

1. ЗАЯВКУ НА УЧАСТИЕ В КОНКУРСЕ

Форма заявки

а) название номинации б) ФИО автора; в) страна, город г) полное название работы; д) link для скачивания е) E-mail

Заявка может быть подана автором работы, а также любыми юридическими и физическими лицами с согласия авторов. Ответственность за достоверность информации в заявке несут заявитель и авторы работы. Одна заявка заполняется на одну работу.

2. ВЫЛОЖИТЬ РАБОТУ В СЕТИ INTERNET

Файл должен соответствовать следующим параметрам:

*.avi или *.mov, размер кадра 720х576, 25 fps, компрессия DV – PAL.

Размер файла: до 600 Мбайт.

Фильмы, содержащие текст или диалоги должны содержать синхронный перевод, либо субтитры на русском или английском языке.

Работы в других форматах не принимаются.

Оргкомитет оставляет за собой право не экспонировать работу, если ее тематика и качество предоставленных файлов не соответствует профессиональным критериям.

Каждый Участник гарантирует, что является автором (соавтором) предоставляемого к участию видеоролика, а также, что использование видеоролика в рамках Фестиваля не нарушает прав Участника или каких-либо прав третьих лиц (в том числе, авторских и иных прав, а также прав на средства индивидуализации). В случае выявления фактов нарушения прав третьих лиц, Участник в полной мере принимает на себя ответственность, связанную с таким нарушением в соответствии с действующим законодательством РФ.

ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЕ

Обращаем внимание участников акции - ваши фильмы будут размещены в Интернет, на сайте фестиваля, демонстрироваться и после фестивального показа, в России и за рубежом.

Важным требованием является отсутствие в контексте фильмов пропаганды насилия, расизма, порнографии, сексуальных и прочих извращений, коммерческой рекламы.Организаторы оставляют за собой право не включать в программу фестиваля тот или иной фильм без объяснения причин.

FELT BOOTS MULTIMEDIA ACTION

The action is an International Open event in the field of short and animation films and a part of the International Festival “Siberian Brands”.

The contest proposes support to young filmmakers and provides the ground for a cinematographic dialogue with colleagues from foreign countries.

Any film (live-action, documentary, animation, experimental and others, that will meet the stated requirements and be presented in due time supplemented with registration form can be accepted.

The Organizers keep the right of preliminary selection of the films that will be included in the contest program.

The terms of the Festival – December,1, 2011 - February, 26, 2012.

PROVISIONS

Participation in the Festival is free. The time limit of any film is 60 seconds.

The time of credits is not included into the trail timing.

The short film should include the main points of the full-time film, like the title, story and ending. It is important that the author’s viewpoints on the topic of the film.

The author should provide only the LINK to the Internet site.

Requirements to the participants of the contest

The author should provide the following papers to the Organizing Committee of the contest (the deadlines is January 30, 2012)

1. APPLICATION

The application should include:

a) nomination title; b) full name of the author; c) country and city; d) full title of the film; e) link to the Internet site; f) E-mail account of the author.

Application can be submitted by the author and any other person or company by approbation of the author. The applicant and the author are responsible for the accuracy and credibility of the information. Only one application can be filed for one film.

2. MAKE THE WORK AVAILABLE IN INTERNET.

The requirements for the file containing the short film:

Format: *.avi or *.mov; frame size: 720х576, 25 fps; compression DV – PAL.

File size should not exceed 600 Мbyte.

Films with text and dialogues should be provided with oral translation or subtitle in Russian and English.

Films in other formats are not accepted.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right of not expose the film if the theme and the quality of production do not meet professional requirements.

The Participant warrants his or her authorship (co-authorship) of the film. The Participant also guarantees that exposing of the trail in the Festival show program does not violate the rights of the Participant or any other person, including the copyright and the right of personal individualization. In case the rights of the third party are violated, the participant takes the full responsible in compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation

Dead line January 30, 2012.

NOTIFICATION

Please note that the films submitted to the contest will be available on-line at the Festival site and shown to the public upon the end of the Festival in Russia and other countries.

It is important that the festival films do not contain propaganda of violence, racial discrimination, pornography, sexual and other perversions and commercial advertizing. The Organizers reserve the right not to include any film in the program of the Festival without comment.
