КОНКУРС ПРОЕКТОВ «ПАМЯТНИКА СИБИРСКОМУ ВАЛЕНКУ»

Конкурс является международным открытым мероприятием в области актуального искусства и ландшафтного дизайна и входит в программу Международного фестиваля «Сибирские бренды». К участию может быть принят любой проект, доставленный в указанные сроки, соответствующий условиям и сопровожденный заполненной регистрационной формой.

Организаторы оставляют за собой право предварительного отбора проектов для участия в финальной экспозиции конкурса.

Сроки проведения с 1 декабря 2011 по 26 февраля 2012 года.

УСЛОВИЯ УЧАСТИЯ

Участие в конкурсе – бесплатное.

К участию в Конкурсе приглашаются художники, скульпторы, архитекторы и дизайнеры, работающие в сфере актуального искусства.

На Конкурс представляются проектные идеи в виде эскизов.

ДЛЯ УЧАСТИЯ НЕОБХОДИМО

направить в адрес оргкомитета (не позднее 30 января 2012 года):

1. ЗАЯВКУ НА УЧАСТИЕ В КОНКУРСЕ

Форма заявки

а) название номинации б) ФИО автора; в) страна, город г) полное название работы; д) E-mail

е) авторское пояснение к работе

Заявка может быть подана автором работы, а также любыми юридическими и физическими лицами с согласия авторов. Ответственность за достоверность информации в заявке несут заявитель и авторы работы. Одна заявка заполняется на одну работу.

2. ПРИКРЕПИТЬ ФАЙЛ С ПРОЕКТОМ

Формат файла *.tif или *.jpg

Физический размер 420х297 мм

Разрешение 300 dpi

Цветовая модель RGB

Работы в других форматах не принимаются.

Оргкомитет оставляет за собой право не экспонировать работу, если ее тематика и качество предоставленных файлов не соответствует профессиональным критериям.

Каждый Участник гарантирует, что является автором (соавтором) предоставляемого к участию проекта, а также, что использование проекта в рамках Фестиваля не нарушает прав Участника или каких-либо прав третьих лиц (в том числе, авторских и иных прав, а также прав на средства индивидуализации). В случае выявления фактов нарушения прав третьих лиц, Участник в полной мере принимает на себя ответственность, связанную с таким нарушением в соответствии с действующим законодательством РФ.

ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЕ

Обращаем внимание участников акции - ваши проекты будут размещены в Интернет, на сайте фестиваля, демонстрироваться и после фестивального показа, в России и за рубежом.

Организаторы оставляют за собой право не включать в программу фестиваля тот или иной проект без объяснения причин.

CONTEST OF DESIGN OF “THE MONUMENT TO THE SIBERIAN FELT BOOT”

The contest is an International Open event in the field of contemporary art and landscape design and represents a part of the International Festival “Siberian Brands”. Ant design project that will meet the stated requirements and be presented in due time supplemented with registration form can be accepted.

The Organizers keep the right of preliminary selection of the films that will be included in the contest program.

The terms of the Festival – December,1, 2011 - February, 26, 2012.

PROVISIONS

Participation in the Festival is free.

Artists, sculptors, architects and designers working in the spheres of contemporary art are invited to enter the competition.

Participants submit design projects in the form of drafts.

Requirements to the participants of the contest

The author should provide the following papers to the Organizing Committee of the contest (the deadline is January 30, 2012)

1. APPLICATION

The application should include:

a) nomination title; b) full name of the author; c) country and city; d) full title of the work; e) E-mail account of the author; f) author’s explanation of the work.

Application can be submitted by the author and any other person or company by approbation of the author. The applicant and the author are responsible for the accuracy and credibility of the information. Only one application can be filed for one film.

2. THE APPLICATION SHOULD INCLUDE THE DESIGN PROJECT AS A ATTACHED FILE.

The requirements for the file containing the draft: the draft should be in *.tif or *.jpg formats.

The size of the draft is 420х297 mm.

Resolution: 300 dpi

Color format: RGB

Works in other formats are not accepted.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right of not expose the project if the theme and the quality of the draft do not meet professional requirements.

The Participant warrants his or her authorship (co-authorship) of the design project. The Participant also guarantees that exposing of the draft in the Festival show program does not violate the rights of the Participant or any other person, including the copyright and the right of personal individualization. In case the rights of the third party are violated, the participant takes the full responsibility in compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation

Dead line January 30, 2012.

NOTIFICATION

Please note that the drafts submitted to the contest will be available on-line at the Festival site and shown to the public upon the end of the Festival in Russia and other countries.

The Organizers reserve the right not to include any film in the program of the Festival without comment.
